Advocacy support and access to justice is critical in challenging and overcoming routine systemic injustices experienced by vulnerable migrants.
We help migrants to articulate and negotiate their rights and to find their voice. In doing so we mitigate exploitation and unfairness whilst facilitating equal access to service provision.
Migrant Action works to increase access to justice for vulnerable migrants. Changes in legal aid policies has further entrenched inequality of access to justice and increased vulnerability, exploitation and suffering especially among new migrants. Through advocacy support, information, guidance, access to justice and other practical assistance towards integration, we enable migrants to overcome vulnerability and thrive.
